The value of AI comes from people
Most organisations now have access to AI. Far fewer are getting value from it. Tools get bought and then sit unused, underused, or misused — not because the technology is lacking, but because the people around it were never brought along. Mind AI was founded on a simple conviction: AI creates value in the meeting between people, learning, ways of working, and technology. Get that meeting right, and AI becomes part of how an organisation works. Get it wrong, and no tool will save you. Everything we do is aimed at getting it right.
