Do we have to start with the AI Diagnosis?

No — the AI Diagnosis is one entry point, not a required first step. If you already have a clear picture of where your organisation stands, you can move straight into training or any of our other services. The Diagnosis is simply the right starting point if you need clarity before committing to anything.

Who completes the survey?

One person — typically the business owner, a C-level leader, or an IT leader. It's designed to be filled out by a single decision-maker with a good view of the organisation, so you don't need to coordinate input from across teams to get a useful result.

When do I get the report, and does it come before the meeting?

Yes. You receive your written report shortly after completing the survey, so you can read it on your own first. It then becomes the basis for your meeting with our team, which we arrange within a few days of you finishing.

What is the 6 month check-in and does everyone get it?

Yes — the 6 month check-in is included in the AI Diagnosis package for everyone who completes it, regardless of whether they go on to purchase further services. It serves as a benchmark if you choose to build on your own, or as a follow-up session if you've been working with us. Either way, it's a moment to take stock of where you've got to.

What happens after the Diagnosis?

That's up to you. Many organisations move on to the AI Competence house or targeted support like leadership training or an AI Kickstart — but there's no obligation. The report and meeting are yours to act on however you choose.

Can we combine it with other services?
