But it's genuinely hard to know in advance whether the idea holds up. The hype says AI can do almost anything; experience says the details decide everything. It's a strong starting point if you're more "we have something specific in mind" than "we're not sure where to begin". If it's the latter, the AI Diagnosis is the better first step.

How is this different from the AI Diagnosis?
The AI Diagnosis gives you clarity about your organisation — where you stand with AI overall and what to prioritise. The AI Feasibility Pilot gives you clarity about one specific idea — whether AI can actually handle a particular process. Choose the Diagnosis if you're unsure where to start; choose the Pilot if you already have a concrete process in mind.
Do you build the solution for us?
It depends on the task — and we're upfront that we're not automation specialists. For smaller tasks, we can help set up the processes for you. For bigger ones, we advise you on how to approach it and which tools could be used, so you or a specialist partner can take it forward. Either way, we won't sell you tools or licences ourselves — what we offer is honest help getting the idea off the ground and a clear view of what it takes.
What if it turns out not to be feasible?
Then that's the result — and it's a valuable one. Knowing early that an idea won't work, and why, saves you from investing in it. And "feasible" isn't only about whether AI can do the task; it's also about who should build it. Sometimes the honest answer is that it's possible, but better handled by a specialist — and we'll tell you that just as plainly. We'd always rather give you a straight answer than oversell what AI can do.
What happens after the pilot?
That's up to you, and it depends on the scale of the idea. For something smaller, we can help set up the processes for you. For something bigger, we'll point you to the right approach and the tools or partners that could take it further. Many organisations also move into the AI Competence house to build the skills to do more of this themselves. The decision — and the learning — stays with you.
