full 6-week course
Most people in your organisation now have access to AI, but very few have been taught how to use it. AI Fundamentals is a structured 6-week course that turns understanding into everyday practice — just 20 minutes a day, fully online, relevant to everyone from owners to frontline staff. Not heavy theory: practical tools for the tasks people actually do, with the learning anchored where it's used.
20 minutes a day · 6 weeks · 100% online
Plenty of organisations want to get going with AI but struggle to take the first step. It's hard to know where to start. A one-off course is no guarantee that the knowledge actually sticks and turns into new, valuable practice. It's difficult to free up time away from daily operations — and difficult to reach a lot of employees at once. The result is tools that sit unused, underused, or misused. AI Fundamentals is built to solve exactly that: a small daily commitment, spread across the whole organisation, that anchors real skills in everyday work.
The course runs on a simple daily rhythm: 5 minutes of inspiration, then 15 minutes putting it to use.
Over 6 weeks that adds up to the equivalent of two intensive course days — but without the travel and the points you forget on the way home. Because the learning is activated in real work, day by day, it stays. The structure is built on established pedagogical learning theory, which is why the course comes with a learning guarantee.
A clear path from the basics to applying AI to your own work — delivered as short daily micro-modules (around five per week).
A grounded, non-technical understanding of what today's AI is and what it can do.
Using AI to find and share information — and how to do it safely and responsibly.
How to get good, reliable output, and how to judge and improve what AI produces.
Working with AI on text and images.
Emails, reports, and summaries — clearer and faster.
Putting it together on your own real case, so the course ends in something you can use.
Since 2 February 2025, the EU AI Act (Article 4) requires organisations that use AI to ensure their staff have a sufficient level of "AI literacy" — the knowledge and awareness to use AI systems responsibly. AI Fundamentals is designed to help you meet that requirement: responsible, compliant use is built into the curriculum (Week 2), and the course ends in a certification and digital diploma — backed by four case-based assignments — that gives you concrete documentation that your people have been trained.

AI Fundamentals is for everyone — owners, leaders, and employees alike, in any role, with no prior AI experience needed. It's deliberately practical and accessible to complete beginners, while still useful to people who've already started experimenting. It works as a standalone course to lift the whole organisation to a shared baseline, and as the common foundation that the AI Competence house builds on with role-specific tracks. And because everyone learns and shares experiences together, it builds momentum across the whole organisation, not just a few enthusiasts.
AI tools are like a machine sold without a manual. Hand it to people without support, and in the best case they won't use it efficiently. In the worst case, they'll use it in ways that create real risk for your organisation.
AI Fundamentals is the manual. It's the simplest, broadest way to make sure everyone starts from the same solid, responsible footing — and, crucially, keeps using what they learn, because the course anchors it in their daily work rather than leaving it behind in a classroom.

About 20 minutes a day — 5 minutes of inspiration and 15 minutes of hands-on practice — over 6 weeks. It's designed to fit around daily work rather than pull people away from it. The course is 100% online, individual, and asynchronous, so everyone works at their own pace.
Everyone — owners, leaders, and employees, regardless of role or prior experience. It's written to be accessible to complete beginners while still useful to people who've already started using AI.
Yes. The course includes four short, case-based certification assignments (after weeks 2, 3, 4 and 6) and ends with a certification and a digital diploma. As well as recognising what people have learned, this gives you documentation that's useful evidence toward the EU AI Act's AI-literacy requirement.
It's designed to. Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires organisations to ensure their staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy, and AI Fundamentals is built to give employees exactly that — with responsible use covered in the curriculum and a diploma as documentation. It's general support for meeting the requirement, not legal certification; your specific obligations depend on how you use AI.
AI Fundamentals is the shared foundation. The AI Competence house builds on that base with role-specific learning paths for different fields of work. You can take Fundamentals on its own, or as the first step into the wider programme.
