How it works
Three simple steps
Every workshop is tailored to your organisation, but most are built around three parts:

Briefing call
Before the session, you have a short briefing call with one of our AI consultants, so we can tailor the content to your organisation and your everyday work.

The Kickstart session
One of our consultants runs the session on-site for your whole organisation. It's set to last about an hour: an overview of AI, plus an introduction to language models and image generators — with live demonstrations of tools like ChatGPT and an image generator, put in context against other similar services.

After the session
You now have a shared foundation and a good starting point for deciding where and how to upskill people, and which specific areas are worth diving into next.

How long does it take, and where is it held?
The session lasts about an hour and is held on-site, at your place, for the whole organisation. A short briefing call beforehand lets us tailor it to your everyday work.
Which tools do you show?
We give an overview of AI, language models, and image generators, with live demonstrations of tools like ChatGPT and an image generator — and we put them in context against other similar services, so it's about understanding the landscape, not selling one product.

How is this different from the Organisational workshop?
The AI Kickstart is the lighter first step — about an hour, introduction and demonstrations, to get everyone on the same page. The Organisational workshop is longer and hands-on, with practical exercises and a mapping of where AI could help, ending in a shared direction. Many organisations start with a Kickstart and move to a workshop when they're ready to go deeper.
What happens after?
You decide. The Kickstart gives you the foundation to choose where to go deeper — a workshop, AI Fundamentals, the AI Competence house, or focused support — with no obligation to continue.
