Leadership training

AI adoption is a new leadership task.

A strong, aligned leadership team is what makes AI take hold across the whole organisation. When leaders share a clear view of what AI means — and their own role in making it real — change spreads. When they don't, it stalls. Leadership training gives your team a common language, a clearer sense of the task, and a concrete plan for leading the change rather than just endorsing it.

the problem

From discussion to direction

Most leadership teams already know AI matters. The hard part is turning that into something concrete. Everyone comes to the conversation from a different starting point, with different assumptions and plenty of opinions about what's important — and it's easy to end up talking around the challenge instead of deciding what to do about it. Meanwhile, adoption rarely succeeds when leaders sponsor it from a distance. Teams take their cue from how seriously the people at the top engage with AI themselves. Leadership training closes both gaps: it gives your team a shared reference point, and it turns the discussion into a plan.

What you'll walk away with

What your leadership team will gain

The training is built to leave you more aligned, more confident, and ready to act — not with more theory.

  • A shared starting point and a common language for talking about AI as a leadership team

  • A clear-eyed understanding of what AI actually means for your organisation — and what it asks of you as leaders

  • Practical leadership tools and techniques for driving adoption through your people, not around them

  • The relevant decisions organised into a plan, in the right order, that you can act on

  • The confidence to lead the change rather than react to it

What we cover

How the training works

We work with your leadership team around two shifts that make the biggest difference.

01

A shared frame of reference

We give everyone the same starting point and a common language, so discussions about AI become concrete and effective instead of circling. No more talking past each other from different assumptions.

02

From conversation to plan

We help you sequence the right decisions in the right order, so the discussion ends in something actionable — a plan for how leadership will drive AI adoption across the organisation.

Along the way, your team gains the leadership techniques and the understanding of AI's role needed to make the change stick with employees.

The value of AI comes from people — from the mindset, the skills, and the daily habits that make it real. Technology alone changes nothing.

Leadership sets the conditions for all of that. Before the tools, before the rollout, your people look to leadership for direction, permission, and seriousness. That's why we start with the leadership team — and why we focus on how you lead the change, not just which tools to buy.

who it's for

Leadership training is for management teams and leadership groups in Danish organisations who want AI to succeed broadly — not just among a handful of enthusiasts. It's a strong starting point if you sense that leadership needs to align before rolling anything out to the wider organisation, and it works well alongside the AI Competence house when you're ready to build skills across your teams.

How it fits

Leadership training can stand on its own as a focused first step, or set the direction before a larger programme. Many organisations pair it with the AI Competence house — leadership aligned at the top, competence building across the teams — or begin with an AI Diagnosis to get a clear picture first. There's no required path; we'll help you find the right one.

Common questions

Do we have to start with the AI Diagnosis?

No. Leadership training is a perfectly good first step on its own. The AI Diagnosis is the right starting point if you want a clear picture of where the organisation stands before deciding what to prioritise — but it isn't a prerequisite.

Is it online or in person?

Most sessions run either in person or by video, depending on what suits your team.

How long does it take / is it one session or several?

How does it fit with the AI Competence house?

They complement each other well. Leadership training aligns the people setting direction; the AI Competence house builds practical, role-based skills across the wider organisation. A common path is to align leadership first, then roll out competence building with that backing in place.
