A workshop won't make anyone an AI expert — and we won't pretend otherwise. No — and we won't pretend it will. What it does is give your whole team a shared starting point and a common language, which is usually the most valuable thing at the beginning. From there, deeper skills can follow through AI Fundamentals, the AI Competence house, or ongoing support.
