Everything we offer — and how to find your starting point

Mind AI's services can be used individually or combined, depending on what your organisation needs right now. Some clients start with a diagnosis and build from there. Others jump straight into training. Most find that the right combination becomes clearer once we've had a conversation. Browse what's available below — or get in touch and we'll help you figure it out.

AI Feasibility Pilot

Start here if you have a specific process in mind that you think AI could streamline or automate, but you're not sure it's realistic. We explore it with you and try AI out on your real process to show, concretely, what it can and can't do. For smaller tasks we can set up a working pilot — a real, automated example as inspiration; for bigger ones, we advise on the approach and the tools that could take it further. You walk away knowing whether the idea is worth pursuing and roughly what it would take. We're not automation specialists, and we don't sell tools or licences.

What's included

  • A working session to understand the process and what you're hoping AI can do

  • Hands-on exploration — we try AI out on your real process, and for smaller tasks can set up a working pilot as inspiration

  • A clear, honest verdict: what AI can do here, what it can't, and what it would take to go further

  • Your team involved throughout, so the learning stays in-house

Common questions

Do we have to start with the AI Diagnosis?

No — the AI Diagnosis is one entry point, not a required first step. If you already have a clear picture of where your organisation stands, you can move straight into training or any of our other services. The Diagnosis is simply the right starting point if you need clarity before committing to anything.

What is the 6 month check-in and does everyone get it?

Yes — the 6 month check-in is included in the AI Diagnosis package for everyone who completes it, regardless of whether they go on to purchase further services. It serves as a benchmark if you choose to build on your own, or as a follow-up session if you've been working with us. Either way, it's a moment to take stock of where you've got to.

Can we combine services?

Absolutely — and most clients do. A common combination is starting with the AI Diagnosis to get a clear picture, then moving into the AI Competence house with a leadership training session running in parallel. The right combination depends on your organisation's size, maturity level, and what you most need right now. Get in touch and we'll help you put together the right package.

What's the difference between the AI Diagnosis and the AI Feasibility Pilot?

They answer two different questions. The AI Diagnosis gives you clarity about your organisation — where you stand with AI overall, where the competence gaps are, and what to prioritise. The AI Feasibility Pilot gives you clarity about a specific idea — you have a process in mind, and we help you find out whether AI can actually handle it. Choose the Diagnosis if you're unsure where to start; choose the Feasibility Pilot if you already have a concrete process you want to test. Many organisations end up doing both.

How is the AI Competence house different from a standard AI course?

Most AI courses are generic — the same content for everyone, regardless of their role, field of work, or organisation. The AI Competence house is built around your teams. There is a shared foundation that everyone goes through together, and then separate learning paths for different fields of work — HR, marketing, leadership, IT, and others. The result is an organisation where everyone speaks the same AI language, but each team is equipped for their specific needs.
